A couple of years ago, I saw El Rudo advertised in an instagram reel by The Village Grocer. The chef (from El Rudo) said “you can put it on anything.” I was intrigued but skeptical…and then I tried it. MIND BLOWN. It is genuinely amazing. I use it on eggs (any type), grilled fish sandwiches, burgers, with fried chicken and waffles, as a raw meat marinade and a whole lot more. Even my kids like it!! If you haven’t tried it yet, have a taste, it will change your life!
